Kapalbhati pranayam is a pranayam related to the technique of the breathing, by increases the activity of the metabolism, it also remove the stress of the mind, we use the two words in the kapalbhati. Kapal is related to the head and the bhati is the lightening of the body, so the overall impact of this pranayam is on whole body.

There Are Three Types Of The Kapalbhati Pranayama:

1. Vatakrama Kapalbhati:

In this we reverse the technique of the breathing, in this we use the active and the passive breathing but in the reverse order by this we increase the number of breathing in a month.

2. Vyutkrama Kapalbhati:

In this you need to take the clean water and there should not be any salt content in it, now place it to the palm, now sniff it through the nose, now leave the water so that it will travel through the nose pipe and then it will come out from the mouth, now spit it, make sure your mind should be relax in the whole process.

3. Sheetkrama Kapalbhati:

Now in this you need to drink the water from the mouth and then release it from the nose, we follow the reverse order of the vyutkrama kapalbhati, this is good for the brain as the blood vessels increases the flow of the blood.

Steps To The Kapalbhati Pranayam:

It is good you should do in the morning because your mind is stress free in the morning, now get the position of the padmasan by making cross between the legs and the toe should face the ceiling, now keep straight your back by making arc on it,close your eyes and try to concentrate to the third eye, now slowly intake the air and till full capacity of the lungs, now give jerk to the stomach and pull it inwards and release the air, now here you need to think in your mind that as you are stroking by the stomach, you are removing the unwanted thinking, stress of the mind from the brain and the body. You need to do this for about the 5 minutes, if you are feeling any pain to the stomach then immediately stop this pranayam.

There are many benefits of the pranayam, we eat many toxic things in the whole day and they troubles our stomach and digestive system, if you have any constipation problems then this pranayam is very good for you, kapalbhati pranayam helps to make the digestion system strong, it removes the baldness and premature hair graying, you will have the glowing face throughout the day, as it increases the blood flow of the veins, if any one have nasal cavity problems then it helps in it also, in give calmness to the eyes and dark circles will not be there, your mind will be free from stress and the body position will also good, as the jerks to the stomach are good for the heart also, as it will remove any clot to the blood vessels and the chances of the heart strokes are also less.
