How To Grow Hair Quickly With Inversion Method

Hair Growth

The inversion method is an inexpensive technique for speeding up hair growth. Normally the length of your hair increases by half an inch every month. With the help of the inversion method your hair can grow up to one inch in a week. This hair growth method is inspired by the headstand or handstand yoga pose. This helps in increasing circulation in the scalp, which stimulates the hair follicles and speeds up hair growth. However, you don’t have to do a classic headstand to grow your hair. Simply lowering your head towards your feet while you are sitting on your chair will do the trick.

Here Is How You Can Grow Your Hair Fast With The Help Of The Inversion Method:

Hot Oil Massage

Take three to four tablespoons of hair oil of your choice, preferably coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, castor oil or jojoba oil. For additional benefit, add three to five drops of essential oil such rosemary oil, lavender oil, calendula oil, rosehip oil or tea tree oil. Warm the oil and spread the lukewarm oil on your scalp and hair. Gently massage your scalp by moving your fingertips in circular motions in clockwise and counter clockwise direction for about five minutes.

Invert Your Head

Sit on a chair and lower your torso. Let your head and hair hang upside down between your knees. Relax and breathe normally. Stay in this position for up to four minutes. Do not invert your head for more than four minutes as it may cause dizziness and headache.
