Without investing on expensive salon treatment you can easily get beautiful tresses by following some of these easy tips provided by Shahnaz Husain.
Here Is A Collection Of The Hair Care Tips Offered By India’s Leading Beauty Expert:
1. Tips for Washing Hair
According to Shahnaz Husain, your hair type and climate will determine how often you should wash your hair each week. People with oily hair should wash their hair three to four times a week. Washing the hair twice a week is usually considered sufficient for individuals with dry hair.
2. Hot Oil Therapy
Shahnaz Husain recommends hot oil therapy with olive oil or sesame seed oil once a week to promote hair growth. Pure almond or coconut oil is ideal for treating dry and damaged hair. Massage the scalp gently with the warm oil and then wrap your head with a warm towel. This helps the oil to penetrate the hair follicles and speeds up hair growth.
3. Hair Rinse for Dull Hair
To add shine to dull hair, Shahnaz Husain recommends rinsing the hair with a homemade lemon and tea-water rinse. Brew four cups of tea. Cool and strain the tea and add lemon juice. After washing your hair with shampoo, use the tea and lemon concoction as the last rinse.
4. Moisturizing Hair Mask
For smooth and lustrous hair, Shahnaz Husain recommends applying a moisturizing hair mask to the hair at least half an hour before washing the hair. Prepare the hair mask by mixing one teaspoon of pure glycerin, two teaspoons of vinegar, one egg and aloe vera gel.
5. Hair Mask for Oily Hair
For treating dandruff and adding shine and volume to oily hair, prepare a hair mask by combining henna powder, four teaspoons of coffee, four teaspoons of lemon juice, two eggs and tea water. Massage your scalp and hair with the hair mask. Leave the mask on your head for an hour.
6. Treatment for Premature Hair Graying
Indian gooseberry is a popular herbal remedy for preventing premature greying of hair. Shahnaz Husain recommends drinking a glass of Indian gooseberry juice daily to fight premature hair graying. In addition, you can treat premature hair graying with the help of an Indian gooseberry and henna hair pack. Soak a tablespoon of Indian gooseberries overnight in water. In the morning grind the Indian gooseberries and combine the gooseberry paste with henna powder, four teaspoons of coffee, four teaspoons of lemon juice and two teaspoons of oil. Add water, preferably the water in which the dried Indian gooseberries were soaked overnight, to make a thick paste. Saturate your hair with the paste and rinse off after two hours.
