Coconut Oil Deodarant

If you mix about 6 to 8 spoons of coconut oil with baking soda and arrowroot power (preferably using an immersion blender), then it will give similar type of deodorant as any commercial brand. You need to properly mix the ingredients. There are two ways to use it – firstly, you can scoop the mix into any standard deodorant container and use it normally. Secondly, if cannot manage to put the mix inside a container then simply use your hands to apply the mix under armpits. This should be kept in dry and cool place to avoid sunlight. This type of deodorant can last for about 3 to 4 months.

Almond Oil Deodarant

Blend (25 gram) almond oil with butter (15 gram) and arrowroot powder (20 gram). When this mix is properly blended you can use it with your hands similar to applying cream or moisturizer. If you want then you can also add some beeswax which will make your skin smooth. You can also put this blend in an empty can of deodorant to use it very similar to any commercial deodorant.

Vitamin E Oil Deodarant

You can purchase vitamin E oil from the market and mix it in 40z+ tin or jar with butter, cocoa, and mango butter. This mixture will have to be properly blended with immersion blender. Once this is completed you can warm the substance and let it for drying. You can smell the beautiful aroma once all procedures are diligently followed. Some baking soda can also be added which is good preservative and at the same time it is anti fungal.

Lemongrass Deodarant

Take about half cup of cocoa and mix 1 or 2 spoons beads. If you are not staying in very hot and humid environment then replace beads with arrowroot powder, which should be filled to about 70 percent of the cup. Then add some lemongrass (say, about 6 to 7 drops) oil to this mix. This should be heated just enough to entirely mix the ingredients together.

Add two to four spoons of bentonite (preferably, Redmond clay’s bentonite) in a cup containing 25 percent baking soda. Add about ½ cup coconut oil or beeswax for making the mixture anti fungal.
