Your buttocks should rest on the heels. Close your eyes and stay in this position for at least five minutes. This yoga pose helps in stretching the abdominal muscles and reduces bloating and eases digestion. You can do this yoga exercise immediately after a heavy meal to reduce abdominal discomfort.
Deep Breathing Exercise
