We do not like wrinkles on our clothes, then why do we allow wrinkles on our face. Due to stress, unhealthy diet and environment we suffer from wrinkles and fine lines.
Let us look into some home remedies to diminish wrinkles and get a youthful skin.
1) Sugarcane and turmeric face mask
Mix sugarcane juice with turmeric powder to make a paste. Apply this paste on face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water. Sugarcane juice tightens skin and it prevents wrinkles. Turmeric reduces pimple marks and sunburns.
2) Banana and honey pack
Mash a ripe banana. Add one tablespoon of honey to it. Apply this mixture on face for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water. Banana contains vitamin A,B and E and it also has iron, potassium and zinc which helps in maintaining youthful wrinkle free skin. This pack should be applied thrice a week.
3) Potato mask
Grate a potato and apply that on face. Let it dry for 20 minutes, then rinse it off. Potato has vitamin B and C which helps in skin lightening and it also helps in reducing wrinkles.
4) Carrot and almond pack
Mix few grated almonds with carrot juice. Add raw milk to it . Apply this pack on face for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse it off with tepid water. Carrots are rich in beta carotine, vitamin C and K. They are an all rounder when it comes to skin nourishment. This pack will not only reduce wrinkles and fine lines but also helps in giving a fresh glow.
5) Banana and olive oil pack
Olive oil is excellent for skin. It has anti aging antioxidants in abundance. It also keeps skin hydrated. Mash a ripe banana and add few drops of olive oil to it. Banana also is good for skin, it helps in reducing fine lines. Apply this pack twice a week for excellent results.
6) Cream and honey pack
Mix cream, honey and few drops of lemon juice together to make a pack. Apply this pack on face and neck. Rinse it off after 20-25 minutes. This pack can be applied around the eyes as well. Cream works as a skin conditioner and it helps in diminishing fine lines. Lemon has vitamin C which lightens the skin and honey has antibacterial properties.
7) Fuller’s earth pack
Soak fuller’s earth in water for half an hour. Add few drops of cucumber juice, tomato juice and honey to it. Let this pack remain on face for 20 minutes Fuller’s earth makes skin soft. If skin is extremely dry then use milk instead of water.
8) Mashed banana pack
Bananas are good for skin. Mash a ripe banana and apply that on face. Keep it for half an hour, rinse it off with cool water. Let your face air dry. Thia will reduce fine lines.
9) Pineapple pulp
Apply the pulp of pineapple on skin . Let it remain for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water. Pineapples are rich in vitamin C. It is considered very beneficial for wrinkled skin. It also reduces blemishes.
10) Milk and honey pack
If you have wrinkles and your skin is dry, then mix milk powder with water to make a pack. Add few drops of honey to it. Let it dry , rinse it off with cool water. This pack will retain the moisture from skin and will effectively reduce wrinkles. This pack can be used daily for one month.
